The Karma Cupcake Story

Hi, I’m Mark the owner of Karma Cupcakes and since 2012 I have been baking, decorating and delivering personalised and special occasion cakes all over the Gold Coast. I have built up my business from scratch and take pride in the way I have seen my business grow and that pride is reflected in all the products I produce.

My main source of advertising is word of mouth and you can see from my reviews on google, facebook and our website testimonial page (no review is duplicated), that I have had many grateful customers appreciating the work that I have done for them.

I have been professionally making and decorating cakes for over 20years. It is a specialised interest I have, as I am a qualified chef, not just a baker.

I have a professional understanding of how particular foods work together, an eye for quality and presentation, good food hygiene practices, being innovative with ingredients to create new products and display professionalism in my daily work practices and in the way I offer a service.

With these traits, I also expect my employees to have similar skills and work practices that compliment and or improve the functioning of Karma Cupcakes and the products we produce.

I have created a business system that standardises practices and recipes to ensure you will receive a quality product every time.

The most common feedback we receive is that our cakes not only look amazing but they taste just as amazing too, as you too will experience as well.
