We couldn’t be happier with the wedding cake created by Mark at Karma Cupcakes!.Mark very kindly gave us sample flavour cupcakes to try before actually making our Wedding cake in our chosen flavours. Mark was so easy to deal with and make this process very easy fron the start. He is very reliable and trust worthy and did not let us down at all! Not only was the cake visually stunning—capturing our wedding theme perfectly—but it also tasted absolutely divine! It was actually a lot bigger than we thought that was an etra bonus. Each layer was a delightful blend of different flavours that we had chosen and our guests couldn’t stop raving them. Karma Cupcakes made sure every slice was as delicious as it was beautiful, and we loved that they catered to all our dietary preferences. We were still enjoying the left over cakes at home for weeks afterwards and it still tasted so moist and delicious.Thank you to everyone at Karma Cupcakes especially Mark for making our wedding day even more memorable.If you’re looking for a wedding cake that is both a show-stopping centerpiece and a delicious treat, Karma Cupcakes is the one to go with. Mark was an absolute life saver with a last-minute birthday cake personally delivered the same evening!The cake was truly spectacular even with the short notice, it did not look rushed and was presented as beautifully as if we'd ordered ahead of time. It was absolutely delicious too - the mudcake was beautifully moist and had this lovely deep, complex flavour. The caramel buttercream and filling was a really perfect sweet balance without being overpowering. A really decadent birthday treat.The portion size for the price is incredible value too - we cannot believe how much cake we got. I would have expected to be charged at least half as much again at many other bakeries.I cannot thank Mark enough - or recommend him highly enough. Faultless service and product.

We ordered princess cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party. The cake was delicious and they were beautifully decorated. I can admit that the cake, which was very specific and difficult ( in my opinion) was beautiful on the outside and done in a short notice. However, that was the only good thing about it. I specifically put in the description “NO ( in big letters) lemon flavour and not too sweet”. The cake had lemon flavour and it was super sweet ( I am not talking about the icing but the cream). The friends I had involved over hate lemon and very sweet cakes. They just had a bite from the cake and left it…and it was a bit expensive to be put in the bin.What is more, it was also very dry .Finally, I paid for an image of an owl ( specific one) to be on the cake and in the mail they put it in the description - never got the owl!Otherwise, I want to thank them for taking my order in such a short notice and for the semi-perfect look.However, I would recommend them to work more on the communication and to actually read what people put in the description. Otherwise, it is not worth paying so much money for a cake that you only take a picture of but no one eats!!!

We called Mark and spoke about a 21st birthday cake idea for our daughters party. Mark suggested a small cake on top of a cupcake tower and 60 cupcakes below. Our daughters favourite flower is the sunflower so he made little sunflowers for every cupcake and on the main cake. The end product was fabulous and looked amazing, better than we could have imagined. The cake and cupcakes tasted devine and everyone at the party commented how delicious they were. This is the 2nd time we have use Mark and Karma Cupcakes and it definatley won't be the last. We would highly recommend Karma to everybody. Ordered a birthday cake at one day's notice, (make sure you phone Mark after online ordering to ensure your choice can be made quickly if short notice) it was an 8 inch with sugar ribbon icing with butterflies and flowers and looked perfect for the occasion. Recommended! When I went to collect the cupcakes there was a hiccup with my online order, part website issue and part my oversight, however without missing a beat it was able to be fixed! Really great customer service. Cupcakes were pretty red and yellow icing on vanilla and choc cupcakes. Simple but lovely and good price. Thank you. I did a lot of research for a specific cake that I wanted for my son’s first birthday. He’s obsessed with baby shark. I gave Mark a picture of what I was thinking and he absolutely blew it out of the water. I was tremendously dissatisfied and disappointed, I've heard good things so decided to purchase my daughters cake from here.Cake was dry, top part of the cake was larger than the bottom part. The choclate was only in the centre and not spread evenly, so there were pieces without chocolate.Overall the whole cake looked and tasted rushed, and i have called and ordered the cake 2 months prior.Sadly, not coming back.I didn't say cake was hard. I said Cake was dry, not because of your butter. It was burnt. And it like I said, it was clearly rushed. Very disappointing.

50TH CELEBRATION - Exceptional service, so helpful and stress free to deal with. Very much impressed with the quality of their work. I have ordered a cake for our 10th Wedding anniversary and The Wiggles cupcakes for our son. We were pleased that these were better looking than what we have expected and the craftsmanship was top notch. Not to mention that the cakes were absolutely delicious as well. Just the right sweetness, moisture and taste. Thanks Karma cupcakes, and a job well done!
