Our croquembouche is made with 75 custard cream or chocolate filled profiteroles covered in toffee and decorated with flower sugar pieces. The price includes ribbon,large packing box and metallic board.
Our Croquembouche cakes are made with toffee and we need to make these in the morning of the day of pick up or delivery. The toffee does melt and the cake can’t be made any earlier (such as the day before). It is best to keep these cakes refrigerated for as long as possible.
