Hi Mark . Well your croquembouche cake was spectacular to look at and so beautiful to eat. Everybody was in awe of the work that went into it . We took it to a restaurant where we were having a pre-wedding reception as actual wedding is being held in Norway and even had a couple of tourists walking past spot it on the table and came to have a closer look at it. We will definitely recommend your company to anybody that is needing cakes etc. Well done and once again thank you so much.
