Cancelling, exchange or refunds

  1. If cancelling a custom-made order, notification must be given no later than 2 days, as sugar pieces may have already been made. If notification is given later than 2 days before order is delivered/ picked up, no or part refund will be given. As your order will be in production and costs of producing may occur from this time.
  2. If cancelling an order from our standard gourmet cupcakes, high tea mini cupcakes or cakes. Notice must be given no later the 4pm the day before delivery/ pick up, as no or part refund will be given after this time.
  3. If cancelling a Wedding cake order or cupcake tower, 5 days notice is required. Costs may occur depending on your individual order as sugar products may have already been produced. No or part refund will be given after this time.
  4. A $5 administration fee may occur for any cancellations
  5. A refund or exchange will be considered in limited circumstances of dissatisfaction and only with regard to freshness or damage due to our actions. Customers take responsibility for their own choice of product and allow Karma Cupcakes creative expression where necessary.
  6. Exchanges will only be given on non-perishable items.
  7. If cancelling a paid order, we can also offer a credit for any future purchases.

Our rights are reserved as follows:

  1. We will do our best to capture individual requirements and reserve the right to make an adjustment to products/ orders as we feel necessary. We do our best to capture individual expectations, but it is understood that sometimes this is not fully possible. Customers take responsibility for their own choice of product and allow Karma Cupcakes creative expression where necessary.
  2. Products will not be left with customer if they have not been paid for or if requesting a refund or exchange
  3. No refund or exchange will be considered unless product is returned.
  4. An administration fee may occur for any changes made to an order. Please make every endeavour to ensure that the product type/ product details, message, date and delivery address are correct before you place your order.
  5. In limited circumstances, we reserve the right to replace some cake/cupcake flavours that may not be available on the day of delivery/ pick up.

Delivery of orders

  1. Karma Cupcakes take no responsibility for storage of unattended products if premises are unattended at time of delivery. We will contact the person whose phone number is on the order (Australian phone numbers only) and we will leave the order with a neighbour if possible. We do our best to deliver all orders in the morning. Specific delivery times are not possible unless negotiated.
